Building a connection to our own body and gaining a body awareness can be interesting at an early age. Children’s intuitive way of using their bodies in play and learning provides a perfect foundation for exploring dance as a creative form of expression.
In this course, children are introduced to movement and the rhythm in their own bodies in a playful and creative way. Through a varied course of lessons, we learn about music and dance, create fantasy worlds and find different forms to express ourselves. We also explore dancing in a group and building relationships, as well as working individually alongside each other.
